1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fastsoffit.com (the "Site"), operated by Fast Soffit LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services Offered

Fast Soffit LLC provides soffit and fascia installation, seamless gutters, pool cage construction and rescreening, lanai enclosures, carport installation, and roof enclosure services in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. Estimates provided through the Site are non-binding approximations; final pricing is confirmed after an on-site inspection.

3. Estimate Requests

Submitting a request through our online estimate tool or contact form does not constitute a contract for services. All project pricing, scheduling, and scope are finalized in a separate written agreement after a free on-site visit.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to submit forms or extract content from the Site

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Soffit LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not affect warranties provided separately under a signed service agreement (e.g. our 2-year labor warranty).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Fast Soffit LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
